Shannon Lawrence (scs “coloradostampin”) started stamping as a way to relieve stress and still subscribes to the notion of “stamping as cheap therapy.” A long-time scrapbooker (who has admittedly strayed from that task in recent years), Shannon has been delighted by variety of professional artwork, flexibility, and instant gratification offered by rubber stamps. Shannon operates shannon’s stampin’ studio out of her home and currently teaches stamping and crafting classes. A professional researcher in higher education by day, she also consults and writes grants for non-profits. Shannon and her husband, Dan (both California natives), have settled in beautiful Colorado with their two orange tabbies, and are in the very exciting (and terrifying) process of becoming adoptive parents!
